last Saturday, surprise surprise, I went shopping again. Why? Because MURICA! Honestly, I am trying to save money, but in the first few weeks you just need a lot of simple things like toiletries, etc and it consumes a lot of your money. I also didn't bring a lot of clothes (not a lot fits into 1 suitcase), so I had to either wear the same shirt over and over, or get new stuff. So as you know, the latter is what I've been doing. Now I am at a point where I don't have to necessarily buy anything else, so I can actually start saving money for traveling eg. my trip home in the spring.
So if you're interested, here's what I got:
Letzten Samstag, welche Überaschung, war ich wieder shoppen. Warum? Weil Amerika! Ich versuche zwar eigentlich Geld zu sparen, aber in den ersten paar Wochen braucht man einfach viele grundlegende Sachen zum überleben (Zahnpasta, Wattepads bla bla) und das drückt alles mächtig aufs Portmonaie. Außerdem habe ich nicht mal so viele Klamotten mitgenommen (in 1 Koffer passt auch nicht viel), also müsste ich entweder immer das gleiche anziehen oder mir was neues anschaffen. Und wie ihr wisst, habe ich letzteres gemacht. Jetzt bin ich aber an dem Punkt angekommen, wo ich nicht unbedingt mehr brauche und auch mal mit dem sparen für das reisen, also meinen Flug nach Hause im Frühling, anfangen kann.

Ich liebe diesen Laden. Man kann einfach ALLES dort kaufen oder einfach abhängen. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Starbucks da drinnen.)
